In 2004 we began to recognize a necessary and untapped market and became pioneers for remodeling and transforming additional dwelling units (ADU's) - barns, pool houses, sheds, boathouses, yurts, etc. into unique and one-of-a-kind spaces that increase the value of the property, create a source of income for homeowners, or provide a personal oasis for homeowners.  

The importance of gardening together as a family also cannot be understated.  Planning, sowing, and tending a family garden offers countless benefits with a purpose shared by everyone.  Gardening helps teach children about nutrition and responsibility, and gives them a sense of accomplishment.  It also provides families with an opportunity to spend much needed time together.

Families who garden together enjoy better health and well being; children eat more vegetables; gardening provides stress relief, relaxation and physical exercise; children become more interested in their nutrition; and families become more creative with their meal preparation and menus.

Wih the emergence of platforms such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. offering short-term rentals, we became aware of the need to fulfill the short-term rental market and launched our concierge services for investment and short-term rental properties. 

Our services for the program began with our ADU renovations - transforming our client's ADU's - barns, sheds, pool houses, garages, boat houses, yurts, guest houses, etc., into rentable spaces, as well as preparing these spaces for listing on various platforms by staging and photographing each space.  

Our expertise in understanding the short-term rental market and what's necessary for achieving short-term rentals became globally recognized and resulted in a demand for our service to seek and earmark appropriate areas, towns, and properties that are for sale, for clients who wish to benefit from the additional income that the short-term rental market provides.  We achieve his through our in-depth research and analysis of prospective and select communities and towns, including competitive short-term rental listings, seasonal vs. year round "traffic," climate, other available lodging, local amenities, distances to airports, cultural offerings and much more.

THE 4 SEASONS OF HOME ESTATE SALES HAVE EARNED A WIDE AUDIENCE OF FOLLOWERS AND CLIENTS FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY AS WELL AS FROM OVERSEAS.

Estate Sales provide many benefits to homeowners - they  produce quick cash, they help with de-cluttering and organizing homes, they help homeowners curate and repurpose their family heirlooms and their favorite pieces, they reduce the weight and cost for moving services, and much more.  

Each of our estate sales is unique and customized to the home's features, furnishings, and surroundings.  

We work closely with collectors, antique dealers, auction houses and private brokers.  Our events include docents, check-in/check-out sites, security, social media presence, labor and more.

We often collaborate with realtors and merge our estate sales with their open house dates to attract larger audiences.  As a result, these open house/estate sale events are advertised and promoted on dozens of platforms bringing significant numbers of customers to each event.  100% of the homes that have used our estate sales program on the date of their open house, have sold on that same day.
