Third Time’s A Farm is our boutique bed and breakfast, a relaxing countryside retreat where the focus is on seven-star guest experiences, with an ever-evolving calendar of seasonal gatherings, workshops, and rural pleasures to enrich your stay.

The table is always set. We break bread with our guests, bring in new decor as the Seasons change, and plan the kind of evenings people remember.

Built in 1800 in the Federal style, our bed and breakfast has five bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed for your comfort.

Guests can enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay or join our immersive, hands-on experiences for kids through adults, from cooking to gardening, bocce ball to handcrafts, and decorating to all things hearth and hostess.

Third Time's A Farm sits in a true four-Season escape.  Here you'll find lakes, kayaking, boating, fishing, beaches, monuments, hiking and horseback riding trails, live working butterfly gardens, waterfalls, historic homes and so much more.  And when the snow arrives, Wachusett Mountain Ski Resort is just minutes away.  The short drive from our bed & breakfast to the mountain is spectacular, and there's nothing better than coming in from the slopes to a warm, spiced drink and a table set just for you at our apres-ski gathering.

The gardens and grounds are for everyone’s enjoyment, from our lively lawn games to our relaxing hammock area.  They also serve as an outdoor tea room and, on warm, mild evenings, our favorite place to dine. Guests and locals alike enjoy our Sunday morning coffee and pastry bar while they read, chat, or listen to live acoustic entertainment.

Third Time’s A Farm regularly hosts annual and seasonal gatherings, including Autumn Harvest Dinners, holiday celebrations, private parties, workshops featuring guest artisans, wellness retreats, and more.
